Driving through France or Italy to visit Châteaux/Villas and vineyards.
What was your most memorable travel experience?
There are several! The Galápagos Islands with my husband and son. And, anywhere in France with my daughter.
What city could you revisit over and over again?
Paris!
What’s on your travel “wish list”?
Morocco, South Africa, Vietnam and Peru.
What was the most memorable event that happened to you while traveling?
A marriage proposal from a Bedouin in the desert in Jordan!
When traveling, what can’t you leave home without?
A book, my phone and Advil PM.
What was your most memorable meal while traveling?
This is a tie. Le Voltaire in Paris and Bernard Loiseau in Burgundy.
Any “words of wisdom” you’ve learned along the way?
Plan ahead, have an itinerary and take less clothing than you think you need.
What travel tips do you like to share with your clients?
In reference to the less clothing, I use the dry cleaning service at hotels and on cruises.
